Yes. Add each return separately, then select them for the same pickup. Keep the items for each return matched to the correct label, even when returning to the same retailer.
No, as long as your returns are in a safe spot your driver can access. Add clear pickup instructions, including where you left your items and any building access details.
Please allow up to 2 business days after pickup for carrier drop-off. Schedule early enough to meet your retailer’s return deadline. If you’re unsure there’s enough time, contact Support before booking.
Your retailer processes your refund according to its return policy. Timing depends on delivery, inspection, and your payment method. Contact the retailer for refund updates.
