Everything You Need to Know About Our Service

What is Returnbuddies?

We come to your doorstep to pick up your return items. You provide the return shipping label, we handle the label printing, boxes and packaging, and take care of shipping, all without you leaving your house.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can return?

You can add up to 10 items in a pickup and $1 for each additional item.

Is there a size limit on returns?

Please ensure return items are under 30" in any direction and under 35 pounds.

What if I already have a physical return label?

Just mark that on our pickup request form and put the label in the designated box – we'll handle the rest.

How much does Returnbuddies cost to use?

Our app is free to download, we charge a flat rate of $11.99 per pickup—no packaging or printing required! Your first pickup is on us.

How do I find out what time my pickup will be?

On the day of your scheduled pickup, our driver will reach out to you through text 30 minutes to an hour before your pickup window to confirm the estimated time of arrival.

How will I know my items have been picked up by the driver?

You'll get an in-app alert once your items have been successfully picked up. If you selected the "doorstep" drop-off option, we will call you if we have any issues retrieving the package.

How can I reschedule the date/time of my pickup?

If your pickup date or time no longer works, you can reschedule as long as you make the request before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled pickup. If you need to cancel your pickup, please contact our support team at support@returnbuddies.com or 1-646-450-7960.

What if I’m not comfortable leaving my package outside?

That's okay! We offer a direct handoff option if you prefer not to leave your package outside your door.

Can I track the status of my return after it's picked up?

Yes, once your package is dropped off at the carrier, you'll be able to track its status. We’ll provide a tracking link on our app so you can monitor your return's progress.
